During the COVID-19 period, the beginning of deconfinement in fact, my child badly needed to consult. I called to get an appointment with our favorite specialist in less than 5 business days. Karyne Guy to be more precise, she is so good with children, she had treated my baby after birth for stiffness in the neck and then later for reflux and inflammation... In short, my child had stiff jaws since the start of confinement, as soon as we could, we consulted. We had to arrive masked, which I was, my 4-year-old child with a scarf in front of his nose. When we arrived, we waited 7 seconds outside before being directed to enter through the bathroom for a "real" hand washing (water and soap not just sheer thank you). Then our professional directed us to the entrance around the treatment date where she kindly allowed my 4 year old to remove her headscarf. 🧡🧡🧡 She herself was well equipped with personal protection and very sensitive to the feelings of a small child in the face of all this equipment. Hyper professional treatment obviously as usual. My child's words following the session: "I almost fell asleep" 💓

I had already consulted pre COVID with Karyne, my spouse also for wrist pain that came back 10 years after an injury, we are still very satisfied with the effective care.

I also consulted Françoise in acupuncture a few times for torticollis, I tend to have this discomfort with a cold. Each time, she relieved me enormously.
