Acupuncture, using very fine needles inserted into different parts of the body, activates the body's regulatory mechanisms.

Our vital energy circulates through determined paths (meridians) which are connected to the organs and vital functions. Disease is therefore attributed to an imbalance or interruption of this energy (Qi).

The flow of energy can be disturbed by several factors: stress, poor diet, emotions, trauma, overwork, climatic variations, environmental factors, etc.

Applications of acupuncture:
Pain: acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain (rheumatism, sciatica, muscle cramp, sprain, tension, fibromyalgia, bursitis, epicondylitis, tendinitis), carpal tunnel syndrome, neuralgia, heel spurs, etc.
General disorders: stress, fatigue, insomnia, burnout, depression, anxiety, migraine…

Digestive system: bloating, constipation, diarrhea, slow digestion, heartburn.
Respiratory system: asthma, sinusitis, rhinitis, colds, flu, bronchitis, cough, allergies (ragweed, pollen, etc.).

Endocrine system: menopausal disorders, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycaemia.
Circulatory system: numbness, palpitations, heavy legs, cold hands and feet.

Reproductive and urinary systems: infertility, premenstrual syndrome, menstrual disorders (pain or irregularity), endometriosis, enuresis, urinary and vaginal infections.

Cutaneous system: shingles, urticaria, acne.

Auditory system: labyrinthitis, otitis, tinnitus.

Detoxification: tobacco, drugs. Duration: 1 hour and more.
